Wickenden Manor is a Conference and Retreat Centre set in beautiful grounds in the heart of Sussex. Every year hundreds of people (men and women, priests and laity, students and schoolchildren) participate in the retreats and conferences run at Wickenden, and through these renew their relationship with God.

The construction of Wickenden was started in 1916 and whilst minor alterations were made when Netherhall Educational Association acquired the building in 1964, no significant works have been undertaken since the building was erected. Now, 100 years since the building was completed, the Friends of Wickenden plan to raise funds to help pay for the major works needed to allow Wickenden to continue its mission. Works will be carried out to renovate the kitchens and staff facilities and also to improve the guest areas.

We invite you to become a Friend of Wickenden and help Wickenden continue the work it does of providing spiritual and doctrinal formation to Catholics and non-Catholics alike.

Friends of Wickenden will be kept informed of activities in Wickenden and invited to social events such as the Advent Evening of Carols and the Summer Family Day.
